If you work or play around water, Meopad AQUA is a great tablet that is water resistant. It can be completely submerged in water without sustaining any damage to the internal components. Aside from being waterproof, the Meopad has pretty impressive specs. It has a 7 inch HD display that produces 1024 x 600 resolution. A 1GHz processor and 512MB of RAM will allow you to run intense apps as fast speeds. The tablet includes dual cameras with a 5 megapixel rear facing and a 1.3 MP front facing. 8 GB of internal storage is on the small side but at less than $200, it can serve as a second tablet for outdoor activities. One other disappointing feature is that it will run Android Gingerbread instead of Ice Cream Sandwich. Again, we are looking at an inexpensive tablet so I guess we have to take what we can get.
