Sony Xperia Neo L

Recently announced Xperia Neo L will be the first Android ICS phone from Sony. This smartphone is reportedly going to China but will it make it's way west? The L model will host a 1GHz single-core Snapdragon MSN8255 processor with Adreno 205 graphics chip along with 512 MB of RAM. There will be a 4″ display producing 480 x 854 resolution. A 5-megapixel rear camera capable of 720p video capture and a VGA front facing camera will be available on this Neo L.
