Sony has announced 2 new cameras the Bloggie Sport and Bloggie Live. Bloggie Live will shoot 1080p video, 12.8-megapixel stills, and will be able to publish live streams via Wi-Fi to Qik. The 3-inch capacitive screen is used for controls and also includes a small LED light, HDMI-out, and 8GB of internal memory.
The Bloggie Sport will be a rugged camera that is shock proof and water proof. Like the Bloggie Live, it has a LED light and shoots 1080p video, but stills images will only be at 5 MP. It has a 2.7 touchscreen that works underwater. The 4GB of storage is able to hold 3 hours of video.
