Rumors of Sony Alpha A57 are becoming official. Sony plans to announce their new camera at an event in the UK on March 15th. The A57 will replace previous A55 model but will have the same price tag as the latter. There is no word if Sony plans to announce new models of the NEX line but sources believe it's a possibility.
Here's what we know about the new Alpha A57 camera:
- 16MP ExmorHD sensor
- ISO range of 100-16.000 (up to 25.600 with MultiNR)
- 12fps continuous burst rate
- 3 inch LCD swivel display
