After releasing the Iconia Tab A200 with Android Honeycomb last month, Acer promised a quick update to Android Ice Cream Sandwich for the tablet. Today Acer announced Android 4.0 (ICS) is available for over-the-air install. So if you own an Iconia Tab A200, follow the install instructions below.
Your tablet should notify your of an available update, but if haven't received the notice, you can check manually. Simply go to menu > settings > about tablet > system update and Android ICS will install in a matter of minutes. Once the downloading of files is done, you need to install the updates and your tablet will be restarted twice to successfully see the update running on your tablet.
