Sony HDR Camcorder with Built-In Projector

If you have ever crowded around a camcorder trying to view a video, you know that you can't see Jack in the tiny 3.5 inch LCD display. Sony has solved your problems with their HDR-PJ line of camcorders. This one of a kind HD camcorder has a built in projector so it can display videos from the internal storage onto a wall or screen.

The 3 different model options are available in the PJ line and they are all capable of projecting video playback up to 60 inches. The camcorders also have an enhanced speaker system to better way to share your videos without having to huddling around a small LCD screen.

First in line is the Sony HDR-PJ50V. The PJ50V has internal storage of 220 GB hard drive. It also has a 12X digital zoom along with built-in GPS receiver for Geo-Tagging. Connectivity options include HDMI, USB, SD/SDHC, and Memory Stick Pro. The panel that houses the projector also includes a 3 inch LCD display for accurate video capture.

Other notable features include: BIONZ Image Processor, Back-Illuminated CMOS Sensor, iAuto Scene Selection, Built-In USB Cable, Optical SteadyShot Image Stabilization, Dolby Digital 5.1ch, Integrated Zoom Microphone, Clear Phase Speaker, Memory Stick PRO and PRO-HG Duo, Bravia Sync, and component video out.

 

The Sony HDR PJ30V is the same exact camera as the PJ50V except the 30V has a 32 GB flash drive instead of the 220 GB hard Drive.

The lower-end PJ10 is a 3.3 MegaPixel camcorder that has 16GB memory and a 30X zoom lens. This model lacks some of the features such as geo-tracking but it is priced accordingly.
