Is it a phone or a tablet? Well it's a combination of both. The Samsung Galaxy Note has the capabilities to make calls and it has properties of a tablet. It has a 5.3 inch screen size which is currently the biggest device that can make and receive phone calls.

 

 

The Samsung Galaxy Note uses the Android technology and is extremely light. For a person with big hands, this hybrid device might feel a lot more secure than smaller smartphones. The 5.3 inch screen supports 1280×800 and a Super AMOLED Plus display. As for performance, it will sport a 1.4GHz dual-core processor so speed will not be an issue. At .38 inches thick, it can fit into pockets comfortably. The Galaxy Note houses 2 cameras. The 8mp back camera (with flash) and the front facing 2mp camera.

 

 

As you can clearly see, Samsung has brought back the stylus. It's a pretty convenient tool for jotting down numbers or doodling designs on a picture.

The Galaxy Note is available in 16GB or 32GB and you have the option to increase the memory with a SD card. One of the benefits of this device is that you have a mini tablet and smartphone in one. You don't need 2 separate sim cards to access your wireless provider's service.
