With all the buzz going around with the LED snowboarder. We dedicate this post to LED products. First a little history. Light-emitting diode (LED) was first introduced as a practical electronic component in 1962 as a very low-intensity red light. Modern versions can emit very bright effects. LED is a very popular choice of light because it is energy efficient and very durable. Common products that use LED include: Christmas lights, display signs, traffic light, auto headlights, entertainment lightshows, clocks, and camera flash.
